TN Tepees, doing business as Parkside Resort (“TN Tepees,” “Parkside Resort,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operates the digital guidebook at guide.parksidetepees.com and provides guest information and add-on services to short-term rental guests. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly — such as your name, email address, mobile phone number, and details related to add-on requests (for example, early check-in or late checkout) — as well as information needed to process payments through our payment provider, Stripe. We also collect basic technical information (such as device and usage data) to operate and improve the service.

How we use information

We use your information to provide the guidebook and guest services you request, to send transactional confirmations about your requests, to process payments, and to provide customer support.

SMS / text messaging

If you provide your mobile number when requesting an add-on service (such as early check-in or late checkout), you consent to receive a one-time transactional text message confirming that specific request and, where applicable, a secure link to authorize the related charge.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or SMS consent with any third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is shared only with our messaging provider (Twilio) and payment provider (Stripe) solely to deliver the requested service.

Message frequency is low and request-based — typically one message per request you initiate. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, and reply HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Data sharing

We share information only with service providers who help us operate the platform (such as hosting, messaging, and payments), and only as needed to provide the service, or as required by law. We do not sell your personal information.

Your choices
