These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the digital guidebook and guest-services provided by TN Tepees, doing business as Parkside Resort (“TN Tepees,” “Parkside Resort,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) at guide.parksidetepees.com (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The service

We provide a digital guidebook and guest services for our short-term rental guests, including add-on services (such as early check-in, late checkout, and in-unit purchases) and related guest communications. Charges are processed through our payment provider, Stripe.

Text messaging

If you provide your mobile number when requesting an add-on, you agree to receive a one-time transactional confirmation text about that request. Message frequency is low and request-based. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time and HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

Payments

When you authorize an add-on charge, you agree to pay the stated amount via the payment method you provide. Charges are processed securely through Stripe. Refunds, where applicable, are handled by the property.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, TN Tepees (Parkside Resort) is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
